Meet Josh, with over 5 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, he has had the privilege of working in prestigious hotels. He immersed himself in the world of service excellence and underwent rigorous training aligned with the standards set by Forbes Travel Guide.

His passions lie in helping individuals and raising the bar when it comes to service delivery. In his most recent role, he managed the resident services department at a luxury complex with over 600 units. 

In addition to his property management expertise, he also wears the hat of a real estate agent allowing him to keep a vigilant eye on the ever-evolving real estate market.

His diverse background and unwavering commitment to service excellence make him a valuable asset to NXT vacation rentals. As our Operations Manager, he is eager to keep contributing to our clients with the same passion and dedication.
